HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

SomeCrazyDeals partners with global merchants and artisans to bring you the best prices and most unique products. This means that your product is shipped from global areas such as India, Thailand, China, Canada etc.

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

 I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY ONE?

Often, when you order multiple items different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many items will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once....they will get to you.
 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process.

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive the product ( IE sign over from your local postal service) . If 15 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

DO YOU PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL ITEMS BEING SOLD?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
